01Who we are

This website is operated by Zentara Holdings, Building No. 5018, Alashraa, Ash Shati Ash Sharqi Dist., Dammam 32414, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 02What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, and basic technical data needed to run the website:

• Enquiry and rental request forms: your name, company, email, phone number, and the project, equipment, schedule and site details you enter.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, the role you are interested in, experience, current city, availability, certifications, a link to your CV and anything you write about yourself.
• Messages you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider records server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and working.

03Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google may set its own cookies or receive your IP address when these load.

04Why we use your data

We use your data only to:

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• To check equipment availability and arrange rentals you request.
• To assess job applications and contact candidates about suitable roles.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract, and where required by law. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

05Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you:

• Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
• Hostinger — hosts this website and our email.
• Google — Google Maps on the contact page and Google Fonts.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

06Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we transfer only the data needed for the service and only as permitted under the PDPL and its implementing regulations.

07How long we keep it

• Enquiries and rental requests: for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and up to 2 years after our last contact.
• Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you join Zentara.
• Longer only where the law requires it.

08Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• be told how your personal data is collected and used;
• access your personal data and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct or complete it;
• ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

09How to make a request or complaint

Email info@zentaragulf.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

10Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submitted data is limited to the staff who need it to handle your request.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
